The highest accuracy electroformed micro parts, thin metal mesh, patterned surfaces and metamaterials available anywhere. A combination of advanced photolithography and x-ray lithography by applied electroforming allows us to fabricate complex high aspect ratio micro structures way beyond what is capable with traditional electroforming. This makes it possible to produce complex multi leveled structures and parts often used in next generation applications. Exceptional feature control in making micro probes, micro needles, micro contactors, micro springs, micro fluidic reactors and an endless assortment of other MEMS related parts. Applied electroforming is a unique combination of laboratory processes further refined and developed to a level in which industrial scale production is now possible.
